We respect your right to control your personal information.

Good news: Medi Transport Card is built with privacy first. Your preference card data (name, address, and facility preferences) is stored only on your device — we never receive it. Deleting it is entirely in your hands.

Your Data

Your name, address, preferred facilities, and excluded facilities are stored exclusively on your device. We have no copy of this information. To permanently delete it, follow the steps below.

How to Delete Your On-Device Data

Open Settings

Go to your device's Settings app.

Find the App

Tap Apps (or "Application Manager"), then find and tap Medi Transport Card.

Clear Storage

Tap Storage, then tap Clear Data. This deletes all locally stored preference card information.

Optional: Uninstall

Tap Uninstall to remove the app entirely from your device.
